1. Investigate any accidents case that occurs at workplace, collect and analyze the accident factors and prepare the report. Recommend appropriate safety measures to prevent recurrence. Fill up JKKP Form for accident notification to JKKP Office within the time frame.
2. Responsible for OSH Risk Management by identify and establish OSH Hazards and associated risks including their significance, it need to record in Task Risk Analysis Form (TRA).
3. To review using Job Cycle Check (JCC) the current list of OSH Activity based TRA Form at least once a year.
4. Be OSH (APEX) committee members in company, perform the role as secretary and ensure safety committee meetings shall be conducted at monthly intervals to review the current OSH.
5. Responsible for Emergency Preparedness and Response. Become member of the Emergency Response Team (Site Incident Controller)
6. To ensure that emergency situation that are assessed to be significant are controlled by conduct periodically the emergency drill at least twice in a year; inspection of the fire extinguisher, hose reel and fire hydrant are conducted quarterly by fire contractor;
7. Communicate with staff, workers, subcontractors & suppliers so that everyone knows the emergency and evacuation procedure.
8. Prepare monthly safety reports and submit the reports relating to the activities of the safety to management on deadline given.
9. Review yearly safety programs / activities and propose new safety plan during Annual Budget Plan cycle.
10. To Ensure inspection program on the workplace, equipment and machines progressing on schedule.

**11. Required Skill(s)**: Must be a registered Safety Officer with Green Book certification by DOSH
