**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and POS solution
- Investigate, troubleshoot and provide resolutions to user
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues onsite or online

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin and English
- Possess accounting knowledge will be advantageous
- Motivated in problem solving
- Able to work as a team and independently
