Job Summary:
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.

Job Responsibilities:

- Stock & Maintain Shelves: You will be responsible for stocking and maintaining product shelves in your assigned sections.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide Product Information: Offer information and recommendations on over-the-counter medications and health products.
- Handle Transactions: Perform cashier duties, accurately handling both cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the outlet area remains clean and hygienic.
- Other Duties: Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Full-time or part-time position available
