**Job description**
- Assisting in identifying potential suppliers or vendors.
- Supporting the evaluation and selection process for suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up on order status.
- Assisting in preparing purchase orders and ensuring proper documentation.
- Tracking and managing procurement records and contracts.
- Reviewing and monitoring purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Supporting the preparation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Ensuring that procurement contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assisting with contract renewal or renegotiation processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication**: Working with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Analytical Skills**: Evaluating suppliers, market trends, and procurement data.
- **Negotiation**: Learning how to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
