Job Description
- To set up IT procedures, policies and guidelines for the organisation for all system including surveillance CCTV.
- To understand on all system and provide technical support on hardware and software and others supporting Software and Hardware platform to end users and arrange any training for the development involved. i. Software: IFCA.Net, Speedbrick, Infotech Attendance system, Basic Office 365 account administration

ii. Hardware: desktop, laptop, printer, smartphone, CCTV, door access setup
- To provide, schedule and conduct monthly training for all new staffs on all the system involved.
- To ensure all user working devices like desktops, laptops is always under operational. To submit health check report for all devices quarterly. - To take full responsibility on the Company Website like maintenance of website, make sure the information is up to date.
- To recommend, develop, implement, and maintain value-added and cost-effective technology solutions to enhance business competitive advantage including training to users on the use of some basic software. E.g., MS office.
- To organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc.
- To perform network, server and computer equipment maintenance and investigations to ensure network performance is within acceptable level.
- To maintain periodic preventive backup for the servers and its supporting data.
- Responsible for software contract renewal and maintenance contract with related vendor i.e. antivirus, webmail server etc. Any others task which assigned by superior/management from time to time

**Requirement /Skills**:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing field required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, Web Design.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT Infrastructure, system development, and knowledge on hardware instalment.
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure. Independent and able to work under a team.
- Strong analytical skill with ability to present data in an impactful & convincing manner.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
