Storekeeper Purchasing

**Position**: Storekeeper cum Purchasing

**Location**: First Plan Sdn Bhd
- KKIP, KOTA KINABALU, SABAH
- Ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
- Search and purchase the parts with the reasonable cost which requested by operation departments
- Other related ad-hoc works as assigned

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to manage stock and handle occasional lifting.
