_**Requirements & Responsibilities**:_

The **Personal Driver & Personal Assistant** will support the **Managing Director & Chief Future Officer** in both personal and professional capacities. This role requires an individual who is reliable, discreet, and proactive in handling a variety of tasks, including chauffeuring, administrative assistance, and personal errands. Additionally, skills in photography and social media management would be a significant advantage.

**Driving & Transport Duties**:

- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the Managing Director & Chief Future Officer to and from various locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and road safety.
- Assist with luggage, documents, or items as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all travel and destination details.

**Personal Assistance Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle personal and professional errands as required.
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain records and documents as needed.
- Assist in event coordination and logístical planning for meetings or gatherings.

**Photography & Social Media (Advantageous)**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, meetings, and personal moments.
- Manage and update social media accounts with engaging content.
- Assist in content creation and digital branding strategies.

**Job Competencies**:

- Excellent driving skills with a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography and social media management (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience as a personal driver and/or personal assistant is preferred.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including weekends or holidays when required.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
