**Job Scope**:

- To perform visual acuity test and tonometry on all eye clinic patients.
- To perform eye test with the following equipment such as Visual field analyzer, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Auto Refraction, Biometry, Keratometry, AL - scan, A scan and B scan as required by Ophthalmologist.
- To examine walk in patients for any ocular emergency in the absence of the Ophthalmologist and to contact the Ophthalmologist when required.
- Act as chaperone in clinic whenever required.
- To maintain all eye equipment /machines in the Eye diagnostic room in a good condition.
- To update unit manager and biomedical team if there is any breakdown of eye diagnostic machines.
- Orientate and guide junior Optometrist.
- To participate marketing programmers related eye screening when required.
- To prescribe glasses or contact lenses when required.

**Requirement**:
Diploma in Biomedical Engineering

**Working Hours**:
Monday-Friday (7.30am-5pm / 8.30am -6pm)

Saturday - Halfday

Sunday & PH - Off day

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
