**Responsibilities**:

- Able to create 3D rigs for different types of characters, animals, vehicles, and props for team lead / supervisor’s approval on a daily’s basis
- Able to create facial target modeling
- Able to meet the project requirements and quality consistently
- Able to complete tasks under tight datelines
- Effectively communicate and actively seek information to get a clear understanding upon receiving feedback from the seniors and team lead
- Accurately deliver feedback to juniors and help juniors to understand feedbacks
- Able to guide and mentor junior rigger
- Able to QC own works as well as work of the junior artists
- Able to work independently and effectively with a team
- Able to improve team spirit
- Able to work independently

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 to 4 years of experience rigging CG characters for film production, animation TV series or visual effects
- Good knowledge of Maya, 3Dsmax, Motion Builder and constraints related to rigging on these software
- Good knowledge of rigging systems, deformation, CG rigging tools, techniques, and principles
- Good understanding of the human anatomy, body movement and mechanics
- Good knowledge of traditional animation techniques and characters movement principles
- Good knowledge of scripting in Python, C++ and MEL
- Good communication skills, able to take direction positively
- Self-motivated, independent
- Good teamwork
