**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proven hands-on experience in Java (SpringBoot framework) and have strong OOP programming concept
- Proven hands-on experience in multithreading and asynchronous programming (concurrency / webflux)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project managers, providing regular updates on project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with SPA frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js for potential front-end collaboration.
- Experience with another Server-Side Rendered web framework (e.g., Spring MVC, PHP) to contribute to diverse project needs.
- Working experience with version control systems, particularly Gitlab.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, including tools like Terraform.

**Must-Have Soft Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication.
- Capability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.
- A collaborative team player who can adapt to Hilti's culture and work effectively in a team-based environment.
