To assist in plan and data entry central kitchen production report and forecasts from outlet.
- To do proper documentation, arrangement, filing and records in compliance with the established procedures.
- To assist in submit order lists to purchasing to raise POs.
- To assist in the implementation of HALAL and ensure adherence to HALAL procedures on product monitoring and measurement procedure.
- To assist in keeping central kitchen HACCP & HALAL documents updated.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience handling administrative duties and some Food and Beverage experience will be added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems
- Analytical mind with problem solving
- Able to work under tight schedule and multitask ability.

**Job Location**:

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
