We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our grooming team at Designer Cats Malaysia. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to designer cats, ensuring their hygiene, appearance, and overall well-being. This role requires a deep understanding of feline behavior, grooming techniques, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling for designer cats according to breed standards and client preferences.
- Safely handle and restrain cats during grooming procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Clean and maintain grooming tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a hygienic and organized environment.
- Inspect cats for signs of health issues, skin conditions, or parasites and report any concerns to pet owners or veterinarians.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences, provide grooming recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques, coat care, and hygiene practices for maintaining their cat's appearance and health.
- Keep accurate records of grooming appointments, services provided, and any special instructions or requests from clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, grooming techniques, and cat care practices through continuous training and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pet Groomer or similar role with a focus on grooming cats.
- Knowledge of cat breeds, coat types, grooming tools, and techniques.
- Ability to handle cats calmly and confidently, with patience and compassion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness, with a commitment to maintaining high grooming standards.
- Certification or training in pet grooming is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage grooming schedules efficiently.
- Passion for pets and a genuine desire to enhance the well-being and appearance of designer cats.
