**✨ 5 working days per week & no night shift**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating Theatre (OT)

Roles on OT days
Scrub Nurse
Runner
CSSD
Prep Nurse
Surgery Coordinator
Customer Care Administrator (CCA)
- OT preparation for surgery

Patient care/management including education
Manage patient complaints
Patient flow management
Management of surgery timing and scheduling
Complication management
OT housekeeping & maintenance
Compliance and maintenance of sterility
and safety standards/requirements
Control & maintenance of machines, instruments
- OT administration

Surgery planning & scheduling
Inventory management - dataentry/monitoring/reporting
Liaise with suppliers/vendors
Documentation, recording Statistics and Reports

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
