**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic leadership in teaching, curriculum development, and quality assurance across psychology-related programmes.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology.
- Supervise postgraduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct impactful research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals (Scopus/WoS-indexed).
- Secure research grants and lead collaborative academic and community-based initiatives.
- Mentor junior faculty and contribute to staff development and capacity building.
- Participate in programme reviews, accreditation exercises, and strategic planning within the school.
- Engage with professional bodies, industry, and community partners to strengthen academic relevance and social impact.

**Job Requirement**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology is mandatory
- A PhD in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Significant academic experience at a recognised institution, with demonstrated excellence in teaching and research.
- Strong publication record in indexed journals and evidence of research leadership.
- Experience in postgraduate supervision and curriculum development.
- Proven ability to lead academic teams and contribute to institutional development.
