Ensuring the smooth operation of the branch’s daily operations and ensuring the quality meets the requirement as set by the Company.
- Undertake proper arrangement, handle and manage tuition/ daycare related matters.
- Report all matters to Branch Principal/ Assistant Branch Principal. Report to operation manager if centre do not have branch principal or Assistant branch principal.
- Clearly understand centre everyday job flow from tip to toe including every tutor/daycare teacher job arrangement.
- Check on student’s homework (Bahasa Malaysia (“BM”), Bahasa Inggeris (“BI”), and Bahasa Cina (“BC”), Science, and Math), spelling (BM, BI, and BC), and school bag.
- Prepare and arrange for (student) monthly test.
- Maintain good communication and rapport with tutors/ daycare teacher in the centre to keep abreast on any updates pertaining to education matters.
- Handle and solve daily issues encountered by the tutors/ daycare teacher.
- Make necessary arrangements if a tutor/ daycare teacher is absent, late, or on leave (e.g. arrange for a replacement tutor).
- Ensure all teachers record the attendance of each student before every lesson started.
- Ensure that all tutor/daycare teacher hands over the teaching material (teacher’s copy, lesson plan, answer) and students’ homework for replacement before going on their leave.
- Ensure teachers give students read spelling and record in spelling record sheet every day.
- Order tuition books, notes, exam papers and other tuition materials from HQ R&D Department and distribute new books/material accordingly.
- Arrange for revision class and inform students of the timetable and order (tuition) exam from HQ Material Department during exam period.
- Prepare additional exam papers based on the school syllabus when needed before the exam period.
- Participate in student registration process and ensure new students get the necessary items (tuition books, bag, file, and homework record book) within 3 working days.
- Put student discipline and safety as the utmost priority and focus on student’s academic results.
- Survey and investigate on parent/guardian’s complaint, then feedback and discuss to Branch Principal/Assistant Branch Principal.
- Check on tutor’s teaching progress and ensure that tutor uses multimedia programme as part of their teaching and report to ABP/ manager.
- Appraise tutor’s/daycare teacher’s performance and report to ABP/ manager.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Team Leader: 5 years (preferred)
