**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Involve in the daily operation of the accounts department.
- Maintain and handle Sales Motor vehicle accounts receivable & accounts payable function.
- Prepare payment vouchers, floor stocking drawdown, prepayment, settlement.
- Issue official receipt with proof payment.
- Prepare sales monthly closing stock report.
- Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing for accounts, submission of management reports and variance analysis.
- Able to submit claim and manage submission of report to superior on a timely basis.
- Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial and Company documents.
- To perform any other ad-hoc related jobs from time to time as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent.
- **Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.**:

- Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience.
- Computer literate (MS Office & Excel).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Able to work under pressure and independently, plan, coordinate, execute and purpose effective daily task with all departments.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 1 pm

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Cheng, 75250 Melaka, Melaka, Malaysia

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- operations, admin, logistics, or a related role: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (required)
