Tapway is transforming brick-and-mortar business with end-to-end tracking solutions powered by AI and Big Data technologies.

Thus, we are looking for a Project Technician to:

- Perform routine system health checks, ensuring all components function correctly.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures (cameras, network switches, cabling, etc.) and software errors.
- Respond promptly to system alerts or reported issues from the mall’s management or users.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates as required.
- Assist in vehicle entry/exit dispute resolutions by verifying ANPR records.
- Collaborate with the senior technical support for complex issue resolution.
- Maintain an on-site inventory of spare parts and tools needed for quick fixes.

**Job Requirements**
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and operating systems.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, MS or PhD holder in IT related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years experience in technical support fields or project management is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic software or programming knowledge and basic **Network configuration**, such as SQL (optional), IP Networking, IP Camera Setting or **Linux Operating System.**:

- **Possess good software and hardware troubleshooting skills.**:

- Must have **own transport** to travel to client's sites.
- Must be willing to work on short notice outside of work hours.
- Team player and able to deliver solutions within a tight timeline.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others.
- An unending willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging technology company environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
