**Job Summary**:The Toolmaker will work with EDM equipment and programming using our current CAD/CAM Systems. They may also perform Advanced CNC Milling skills according to tool room needs. The employee may be required to perform additional tasks not specified below.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Set-up and operate multiple CNC equipment, CNC EDM Die Sink, Wire EDM, Milling and/or turning machine, polishing and high precision grinding operations tools using test graphic information supplies from the CAD/CAM system. (30%)
- Perform precision work to a close tolerance on components that have had considerable value added to them by previous processes. (25%)
- Load, check, and run tooling and programs (10%)
- Learn 4 new skills from the skills matrix (Form H2-2205B) as determined by Tool room Management. (10%)
- Monitor and maintain tooling during job run (10%)
- Perform in-process inspection and documentation results (5%)
- Support continuous improvement ideas and concepts (5%)
- Support and monitor production tooling. (5%

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
