**Security Supervisor**

**(Sungai Petani, Kedah)(1 vacancy)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of security officers, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain a high level of alertness.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
- Monitor and control the operation of security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control).
- Handle emergency situations quickly and efficiently, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
- Prepare and review daily activity reports, incident reports, and security logs.
- Train and develop security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their duties.
- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, providing accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding safety and security.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective security practices.
- Manage and schedule security personnel shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1+ years) in security or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, systems, and protocols.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Proficiency with security equipment, surveillance systems, and reporting software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training/certification preferred.
- Can work in shift / overtime.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Have own transport.
