**Key Performance Objectives**

- Quickly assimilate the firm's operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage client meetings to solidify trust and understand client needs, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Metrics: Client satisfaction scores, compliance audit results.

- Conduct a comprehensive review of our trust operations across Malaysia and Singapore, identifying process improvement and innovation areas.
- Implement at least one significant operational improvement that increases efficiency or client satisfaction.
- Metrics: Improvement in process efficiency, reduction in service delivery times.

3._ **Strategic Client Relationships and Market Expansion**_
- Develop a strategy to expand the firm's market share in the Islamic trust services sector.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and forge new ones to enhance PTB's market position and service outreach.
- Metrics: Number of new clients onboarded, increase in market share.

**Position Requirements**:
**1. Educational Background**:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Law, or Banking.

**2. Relevant Experience**:

- Previous experience in Trustee, Investment Bank, Finance, Unit Trust, Banking, or Debt Capital Markets is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle trust operations, particularly in bonds, REITs, custodians, and collective investment schemes in Malaysia and Singapore.

**3. Professional Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss information clearly during client meetings and presentations.
- Proven record of maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in client dealings.

**4. Personal Attributes and Abilities**:

- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Commitment to achieving company targets and ability to work under pressure.
