**Job Purpose**:

- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure the seamless management of payments, expense control, and financial record-keeping.

**Key Responsibility**
1. Perform and ensure the operations and processing of the account’s receivables are accurate and efficient.
2. Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions for the effectiveness of accounts activities.
4. Maintain and perform administrative support for the effectiveness of the accounting processes and activities.
5. Record and organize financial documents, invoices, receipts, and payment records for future reference and audits.

**Preferred Education**
1. A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any other accounting-related studies.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the areas of Accounting, preferably from a manufacturing industry.
3. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
4. Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills.
5. Demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.
6. Computer Skills: MS Office
7. Languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin (Optional)
8. Mobility: As when needed.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Alternate)
