_**URGENT**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsible for the proper planning, implementation, and coordinating of assigned projects including procurement of materials, monitoring of the project progress, and timely completion of project deliverables.
- Monitoring project milestones, and site visits and ensuring project progress claims is raised promptly including initiating follow-up actions to ensure collections are prompt and projects are profitable.
- To liaison with clients, suppliers, contractors, authorities, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
- Required to engage with our overseas suppliers in China to finalize product technical specifications and ensure compliance to our client requirements.
- Responsible for managing the project finances to ensure project expenditures are within the project budget and to assist in the preparation of the project budget.
- Responsible for Project Department compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures and safety practices at the project site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in and above.
- Preferred Mandarin speaker to liaise with China supplier.

**Work arrangements**

Working hours is 08:30 - 17:30

70% travel within Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
