**Job Function**: Accounting support
- ** Industry**: Trading Firm
- ** Job Description**:
- Prepare journal vouchers, payment, collection, check sales, purchases and commission documents etc.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly report, bank reconciliation, update fixed assets register and monthly closing of account.
- Advise business division accounting and finance matters such as foreign exchange and loan drawdown.
- Perform ad hoc or other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
- ** Requirement**:
- [Must]
- Education : Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent
- Experience : Freshie or possess work experience as account position
- Require Skill : Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel
- Language : Mandarin, English and Malay
- ** Other Language**: Malay, English
- ** Benefit**:
- Basic : RM2,500 - RM3,200
+ Telephone Allowance : RM50
