**FLEET CLERK**
**Responsibilities**:
- To ensure vehicle information correctly update to FM System.
- To check and update vehicle summon.
- To assist in preparing and sending out documents eg. Puspakom Inspection / Road tax / Permit to internal customer / leasing before due date
- To assist in preparing related documents when vehicle involved accident.
- To file documents
- To prepare and coordinate in courier of documents
- To assist supervisor and HOD on any task given
**Job Requirements**:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, with the ability to form good team work and with a positive work attitude
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin
- Full-Time positions available.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perai (13600): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
