Fleet Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Fleet Supervisor oversees daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, driver compliance, and efficient logistics. This role involves coordinating servicing, monitoring fuel consumption, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, road tax, and insurance.
- Manage drivers, enforce safety policies, and conduct training.
- Investigate accidents, breakdowns, and policy violations.
- Monitor fuel consumption, optimize routes, and reduce costs.
- Maintain fleet records, generate reports, and assist with budgeting.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- Experience in fleet management or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport laws.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
