**Job Title: Outlet Supervisor**

**Location**: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team as an Outlet Supervisor and lead our ice cream outlet’s day-to-day operations We're looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and motivating staff to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management**:

- Supervise, schedule, and manage staff attendance effectively.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members.
- Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the outlet.
- Manage inventory efficiently, placing orders as necessary.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.

**Sales and Financial Management**:

- Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve set targets.
- Manage daily cash handling, transactions, and reconciliations accurately.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

**Quality Control**:

- Enforce strict adherence to company quality standards.
- Implement and uphold food safety, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct routine quality inspections.

**Promotions and Marketing**:

- Assist in executing promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Continuously seek improvements to enhance outlet efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum education: Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage or related industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably experienced in F&B or Restaurant Service management.
