**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Record and process general journals for expenses and claims, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Handle purchase invoices and supplier payments, maintaining accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage company ledgers and oversee daily financial transactions to ensure proper recording.
- Maintain accurate cash transaction logs and ensure proper filing for transparency.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies using Excel and accounting tools.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations with business partners to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Process and administer monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL knowledge is an added advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
