Chrisjac is currently recruiting exclusively for a HR Administrator on a permanent basis to support this medium size manufacturing company in Bandar Puncal Alam in Selangor. Our client specializes in precision metal stamping manufacturing company. This role will report to the Director.
This is a truly generalist role and will involve the management of all employee relations issues, ensuring excellent employee engagement is maintained. You will manage the strategic resourcing process including workforce planning and recruitment of certain key hires.
**About the job**
Work closely with the management to support the recruitment process including updating vacancies and coordinating interview process and processing of new starters, leavers and employment administration.
Responsible managing full spectrum of HR functions.
Manage the payroll administration, collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll, i.e. new starter, leavers, benefits, contract changes, absence.
Manage and coordinate in-house training needs and development programs.
Responsible for the processing of all employee benefits including health benefits.
Liaise with government agency/departments om all HR/payroll matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior executive experienced in full HR role to take up this contract position. Salary is based on your HR experience.
