Responsible for identifying requirements, surveying costs, and advising on the procurement of assets and inventories.
- Responsible for recording all the purchases throughout and generating monthly reports to be submitted to the appointed Manager for reference and for the approval process.
- Liaise with Finance Department on leasing/hire purchase facilities whenever deem necessary.
- Responsible for overall utility control and generating periodical reports.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the office including the hostels.
- Monitoring the movement of the dispatch clerk.
- Responsible for tagging and tracking all assets of the company, ensuring maximization usage, and eliminating the possibility of missing assets.
- Establishes an effective stock control system, identifies stock levels, and is responsible for the distribution of stock to departments or branches/locations.
- Oversees all maintenance of assets and office maintenance.
- Monitoring the worker's accommodations.
- Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicle and ensuring all repairs/services obtained approval before proceeding with any repair/services.
- To maintain close liaison with all Department Head and area managers providing them with all the necessary information pertaining to operations which is related to Fleet Management.
- To abide and comply with the company's standing orders and any other instructions, a memorandum may be issued from time to time pertinent to your duties and responsibilities.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
