Junior Quantity Surveyor

**Cost Estimation**: Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- **Tendering Process**: Support the preparation of tender documents and assist in evaluating contractor bids.
- **Procurement Support**: Help with the selection of contractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and contract terms.
- **Cost Management**: Track project costs, monitor and report on project expenditure, and help identify potential cost overruns.
- **Measurement and Valuation**: Assist in measuring and valuing completed work to ensure correct payments are made to contractors.
- **Contracts Administration**: Support the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing monthly reports for project managers and senior staff, outlining cost status, risks, and forecasts.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality, and gather information for cost-related decisions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and monitor risks related to project budgets and timeframes and suggest mitigation strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Other duties will be assigned by management.
