Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
Monitoring inventory and preparing as well as reviewing Purchase order to refill stock
Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses
Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contract
Maintains professional relationships with key vendors
Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders
Performs other related duties as assigned

**Requirement**:
At least 3 years of experience in related field
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP management systems
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
