Clinic Nurse

**Main Duties**:
1. Manage in-house clinic operation base on operation hours decided by corporate client.
2. Ensure smooth operation of in-house clinic, appropriate access and utilization of healthcare services provided by in-house clinic.
3. Manage all illness and injuries in a professional and efficient manner base on clinical nursing guidelines.
4. Manage and monitor employees with chronic non-communicable disease health condition. (Diabetes, Hypertension, Gout, etc)
5. Maintain and manage all patient medical records for in-house clinic.
6. Maintain and manage all records relating to occupational health issues.
7. Liaise with insurance provider, panel clinic, specialist clinic or hospital related to outpatient or hospitalization claim.
8. Provide first level assessment to employees condition and determine cases needed further consultation with doctor or immediate referral to hospital.
9. Prepare accidents reports and workers compensation reports.
10. Assist employee on SOCSO claim.
11. Collaboration closely with EHS team for issues pertaining to employees safety and health.
12. Manage in-house clinic stock control and reports
13. Provide emergency respond and attend to incidence to provide first aid or basic life support measures.
14. Participate in internal audit, emergency response drill, EHS week or any event related to employees health and safety.
15. Assists EHS team in arranging and conducting medical surveillance by OHD and OSH surveillance.
16. Conduct wellness program for employees every quarterly. (Weight loss program, smoking cessation program and others.)
17. Organize PERKESO health screening for employees 40 years old and above.
18. Organize PEKA B40 health screening for B40 employees 40 years old and above.
19. Organize quarterly health talk for employees.
20. Attend EHS & ERT meetings, trainings (upon request).
21. Assist in medical surveillance and OSH surveillance assistance, example scheduling appointments.
22. Enforce health compliance of employee.
23. Provide monthly in-house clinic report to human resources department.
Perform other duties as when as required
**Requirements**:
1. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure preferred.
3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.
4. Associate’s diploma/degree in nursing or medical assisting from an accredited program.
5. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Clinic Nurse, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
6. Knowledgeable about emerging trends and developments in the healthcare field.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and ethical approach to practice, and a wellgroomed, approachable demeanor.
9. Own reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
