Instrument Specialist

Responsible to analyze project specifications, tender and proposals requirements. Responsible for development of design parameters and methodologies as well as designing and implementing process control improvements. Responsible for providing technical inputs in full cycle of procurement processes for contract, materials and service requisition where required so that all technical requirements are addressed properly to protect company interest. Responsible for monitoring spare parts and inventory for critical instrumentation to ensure availability when required in order to minimize production interruption.
ND Paper was founded in 1995 and listed in Hong Kong on March 3, 2006, and is the first and only paper group with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million tons. ND Paper headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong province, owns 8 production bases in China ( a total of 40 internationally advanced paper production lines, 5 specialty paper production lines and about 17,000 employees), and one production base in Vietnam, 4 pulp and paper mills in the United States (acquired in 2018). In 2019, Nine Dragons Paper acquired a pulp and paper mill in Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia, and invested about $ 1 billion in a papermaking base in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia. The base has a total land area of about 670 acres. We will build the world's advanced high-speed paper machines, supporting natural gas power plants, sewage treatment plants, office and dormitory living areas and other facilities on it. The completion of the project will provide more local employment opportunities and taxes revenue, and contribute its own strength to the development of Malaysia.
