**About the Job**

The Health Manager will be charge of occupational health practices within the workplace and contributed to the health and wellbeing of employees. The health manager will work with and manage our occupational health nursing and esnure both our T.EN and public health strategy are included and complied with when required to meet health and safety legislation.
Main Accountabilities
- To ensure T.EN Malaysia health and wellbeing program are current and being delivered
- Manage and guide the occupational nurse to ensure they are work effectiely and efficently
- Assist and offer advice on health within a multidisciplinary team
- Identify potential health and safety problems
- Assist in the introduction and maintenance of policy development
- Design, develop and deliver new health promotion initiatives
- Identify a range of risk and health assessments that can occur to help with improving the health and wellbeing of staff
- Deliver a range of health and safety related training programmes
- Evaluate employee exposure to hazardous chemicals and undertaking statutory and non-statutory health surveillance
- Offer advice on return to work strategies following serious injury or a period of prolonged ill-health
- Advise employers on how they can achieve compliance with health and safety and employment legislation
- Keep up to date with legal and professional changes with public health and occupational health and safety.

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, at a minimum a diploma in Nursing
- Registered Occupational Health Nurse with NIOSH
- At least two years' post-registration nursing practices in hospitals
- Excellent attitude to people
- Proactive, independent and enthusiastic in driving the Health Profile
- Good to have:

- Any other health competency certificates i.e. AMRO, CHRA etc.
