Account Executive

_The Job_
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets with high attention to detail.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Help with closing procedures at month-end and year-end.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately for reporting purposes.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and statements.
- Ensure that documents are filed in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with both local and overseas' vendors/suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding billing or financial inquiries.
- Coordinate with the senior accounting team for task prioritization and deadlines.
- Assist with auditors by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Requirements_
- **Qualification and Skills**
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience : Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in accounting or finance roles
**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office [excel, word, outlook]
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborating within a team
- Good organization and time-management skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
