5. Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and assistants.
6. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.
7. Develop and implement preventive and contingency maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
