**Responsibilities**:

- To assist immediate supervisor to supervise and control daily works on site.
- To ensure all works be carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.
- To supervise the works to ensure the works achieve the required quality.
- To supervise the works to ensure that the completion targeted time is met.
- To supervise coordinated and control sub-labour and sub-contractor’s works.
- To undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- To quickly adapt and pick up understanding of all type of installation and construction drawings.
- To supervise, train and control workers.
- To order/manage/control materials requirement.
- To plan out daily and weekly activities to ensure optimal usage of materials, manpower, equipment and machinery.
- To prepare and record daily works activities.

**Requirements**:

- Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work immediately.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Preferably with 5 years of working experience in construction industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
