Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintains a professional appearance with a positive attitude and is adaptable and flexible.
- To perform the day-to-day activities as the Public Area Cleaner to clean (vacuuming, sweeping, wiping, mopping, polishing, etc.) the facilities, common area, walkway, carpark, corridor, planter box areas, lifts & escalators, and management offices. Clean up spills, soiled up areas and other conditions as observed and directed.
- To ensure services/designated working areas are always maintained in good, safe, comfortable and in attractive manner.
- Responsible to maintain any of the Company properties or belongings. Report to the superior when necessary.
- To report to the superiors in the event of such crimes, suspicious behavior of an individual and accidents in within the working premises.
- To carry out any other duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably with Housekeeping Public Area Cleaner experiences or none is acceptable.
- Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- cleaner: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
