We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing **Brand Ambassadors** to represent our clients’ brands at events and promotional campaigns. As the face of the brand, you will engage consumers, create memorable experiences, and drive product awareness through **face-to-face interactions, demonstrations, and sampling initiatives**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Representation & Promotion**
- Serve as the **face of the brand**, embodying its values and messaging.
- Engage customers through **product demonstrations, sampling, and interactive experiences**.
- Educate consumers on product features, benefits, and promotions.

**2. Event & Retail Activation**
- Execute **in-store promotions, trade shows, pop-up events, and experiential marketing campaigns**.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure branding materials are visually appealing.
- Travel to various locations (malls, festivals, supermarkets) as required.

**3. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation**
- Generate excitement and **drive sales conversions** through persuasive interactions.
- Collect customer feedback, surveys, and contact information for follow-up marketing.
- Build relationships with potential customers and retail staff.

**4. Reporting & Compliance**
- Track and report on campaign performance (e.g., samples distributed, leads generated).
- Ensure brand guidelines and compliance standards are followed at all times.
- Submit post-event summaries with insights and customer reactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous work in **retail, promotions, hospitality, or customer service** is a plus (but not required).
- **Skills**:

- **Exceptional communication** and interpersonal skills.
- **Charismatic, energetic, and comfortable approaching strangers**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic tech skills (e.g., using tablets for surveys or digital check-ins).
