**Responsibilities**:

- To collect and deliver document to our clients and for tender.
- To purchase stationery and send hardware for repair to dealer
- Responsible to dispatch and collect company documents/parcels/goods from the respective personnel and/or office on time on behalf of the company to the assigned location.
- To drive MD/GM to appointments. Perform as a pool driver for bosses or special guests in any special occasions.
- To maintain cleanliness & send for maintenance all company and directors cars
- To assist sales personnel in filing and preparation of documentation for contract & tenders
- Assist in sending company vehicles for routine maintenance, repairing or servicing.
- Punctuality and to be on standby when required
- Reliable person and able to perform ad-hoc tasks given by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work overtime.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Ages 25 years old and above
- Previous experience working as a driver/Dispatch.
- Must hold a valid driving license for vehicle and motorcycle. Good driving record with no traffic violations
- Good attitude, responsible and discipline.
- Have own motorcycle.
