Responsibilities:
1.Costing:

- Establish costing system and analyze purchase price variance (PPV), gross profit margin, and inventory obsolescence as part of month-end processes.
- Maintain records of production cost, cost of sales, raw materials, direct labor, and intercompany transactions.
- Identify areas for improvement in inventory and cost-effectiveness management in the production process.
- Conduct other costing-related analyses and management tasks as required.

2.Accounting:

- Develop systematic work processes for team formation, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL).
- Maintain records of fixed assets, renovation, construction-in-progress, and cash flow budgeting.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support factory operations.
- Perform any other accounting-related duties as required.

3.Reporting:

- Record, maintain, and close monthly management accounts using SAP FICO in accordance with set Group guidelines.
- Prepare weekly cash book and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to produce audited accounts in a timely manner.
- Communicate with bankers, tax agents, suppliers, and other external parties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- ACCA qualification or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO is highly desired.
- Strong communication skills, as the role involves remote work from Singapore as an individual contributor.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
