**Job Brief**:
Delivery of goods to stated company accounts and controlling incoming and outgoing goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all deliveries of company goods in stated company accounts are carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously at all times.
- Maximum care and attention at all times to all deliveries of company goods for safe deliveries and no unnecessary breakage/damage to such goods and no damage to Customers' premises.
- Safely driving a company van, observing at all times all relevant road safety traffic codes, rules & regulations in force.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the company van at all times and wash the van daily.
- Fill in details of van meter readings daily in the given record book.
- Adhere strictly to delivery schedules set out by the Superior and advise him of any changes/problems arising.
- Not to disclose to any unauthorized person/s details of all deliveries such as name of customer, address, model number, demo etc, and any other confidential company information.
- Collect payment/cheques from customer's premises as and when directed by Superior.
- Record meter reading of machine in customer's premises as and when directed by Superior.
- Assist in other store activities, keeping all Store areas clean and dust-free and all unwanted packing materials, cartons etc are disposed of promptly on instruction from Superior.
- Needs of Loading and unloading of goods and receiving stock from suppliers/customers/branches.
- Prepare machines and accessories as required for demo/set up.
- Perform other related duties as and when directed by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Vocational Driving License (VDL) or Commercial Driving License
