**Job Summary**:
The AV Technician is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment and systems within the hotel. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all audio-visual needs for events, conferences, and meetings are met with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, and special events hosted in the hotel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, lighting, and projection systems promptly.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on AV equipment to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Collaborate with event planners and hotel staff to assess specific AV needs for each event.
- Provide on-site technical support during events to ensure seamless operation of all AV systems.
- Maintain an organized inventory of AV equipment, coordinating with suppliers for any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Stay updated on the latest audio-visual technologies and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Train hotel staff on the proper use of AV equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during equipment setup and operation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Sound Engineering/ Electronic
- At least Two (2) years experience as an Audia Visual Technician in a hotel or event industry is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Malaysian citizenship or possession of a valid spouse visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,400.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
