**Job Requirement - Groceries Clerk (Estate)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing the estate’s grocery store operations.
- Record daily sales, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper inventory control.
- Receive, check, and arrange goods delivered to the store.
- Ensure groceries are stored and displayed in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper records of sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and sales reports for submission to the Estate Office.
- Monitor goods nearing expiry and ensure proper rotation (POST system).
- Assist estate staff and workers in purchasing items as per company guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the grocery store.
- Perform other related clerical or store duties as assigned by the Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of clerical work, inventory, or storekeeping.
- Able to perform simple accounting/cash handling.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel/Word) will be an added advantage.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling cash and goods.
- Willing to be based at the estate and work in a rural environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
