Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and service-oriented individual to join our kiosk team. As a versatile crew member, you will play an essential role in representing our brand by providing excellent customer service, baking delicious cookies, and preparing beverages as a barista. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to develop a variety of skills in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide product details, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Baking & Cookie Preparation: Expertly scoop, bake, and ensure each cookie meets our quality standards.

Barista Duties: Prepare coffee and other beverages efficiently, maintaining high quality and consistency.

Packing: Neatly pack cookies and beverages for customers, maintaining our brand’s presentation standards.

Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with replenishment.

Preorders Management: Track and prepare preorders for customer pick-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a spotless kiosk, clean equipment, utensils, and work areas to uphold hygiene standards.

Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members, communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service and barista roles is highly preferred.

Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Demonstrated attention to cleanliness and organization.

Basic arithmetic skills for inventory and cash handling.
