To prepare all the require raw materials ready. b. Check all the cylinders. c. To distinguish what colour to mix for production. d. To know approximately the quantity required. e. To understand the specification. f. Any samples obtain to compare. g. Allocate the printed roll to a specific location. Lamination a. To determine thickness of the film to laminate. b. To know what raw materials are involved / incurred. c. To stimulate the heat equivalent to the resin. d. To extract the joint indicator. e. To feed in machine oil whenever needed. f. Control the speed and the heat system. g. To calibrate and scale the thickness within 20 minutes. Note: For dry lamination, to feed in the glue from time to time and the process is similar to the wet lamination. Slitting a. To ensure to slit off the extra parts according to the specifications. b. To observe all the printing / artwork are clear which adequate to the requirement. c. To finalize the length before packing. d. To record the information for each item. e. Any roll form product check thoroughly before packing and inform the delivery clerk. Sealing & Cutting a. To distinguish (i) Centre seal (ii) Sides seal (iii) 3 sides seal b. To follow to the nearest / accurate as per to the samples. (i) without sample, follow the artwork requirements. c. To observe any irregularities such as printing, sealing / cutting. d. To match and compare as similar to the sample. e. To sort out any irregular product. f. Quality control and quality assurance for sorting before packing. g. Bundle accordingly to the requirements and suitable for packing to carton box. h. Make sure all the product are well arranged in the carton boxes.
