Responsible to follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Feedback any abnormality appeared during the set up to the Production supervisor.
- Offer trouble shooting and brainstorming in the production problem.
- Responsible to assist production leader, production supervisor in setting up machine
- Understands, interprets and write/edit basic codes/programs as needed.
- Understands and able to perform tool wear offsets.
- Responsible to deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
- Responsible to inspect all the parts/products and ensure compliance to all the specification.
- Performs basic preventative maintenance for the machine, able to identify and troubleshoot minor alarm/error codes in the machine.
- To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

- Possess at least SPM
- At least one year’s experiment in CNC line
- Having basic CNC programming, computer skills
- Able to operate manual lathes, milling, press, welding and power tools machine
- Good basic mechanical technical knowledge
- Good interpersonal and co-ordination skills
- Preferable those with skills in Autocad, Solidworks and MasterCam
- Willing to support OT

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
