Workshop Admin Location: Subang Perdana Job Responsibilities: - Update weekly lorry service records and report maintenance schedules to management. - Collaborate with the logistics department to monitor lorry inspection dates and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. - Maintain and update the SQL database for spare parts and tools, including in/out records. - Manage monthly workshop punch card records and submit them to the HR department. - Monitor diesel usage, hardware/tool stock, and lorry service history; share updates in the WhatsApp group when required. - Handle administrative records such as invoices, delivery orders (DO), receiving orders (RO), used item logs, and petty cash for claim purposes. - Assist in processing invoices and diesel orders; liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payments at HQ - Conduct monthly or weekly regular stock counts for tools, tyres, hardware, and other consumables. - Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager or director. - ____________________ Qualifications: - Minimum Diploma in Administration, Management, STPM, or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). - Proficient in SQL system and basic Microsoft Excel. - Basic knowledge of spare parts and workshop tools is an added advantage. - Possess own transportation for work-related tasks. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
