**Property Development Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual, implementation, planning, construction to completion stage, ensuring adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of project strategies, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, to identify viable opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, critical milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and expenses to ensure financial viability and cost effectiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies to secure all approvals required for planning, commencement, and project completion.
- Manage project incident according to established incidents management and communication plan.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize project risks.
- Implement and enforce safety measures to promote a safe working environment on construction sites.
- Fulfil any additional task assigned by the management from time to time as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Master's degree is a bonus.
- Minimum of 15 years' proven experience in property development, successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects.
- Experience in developing sustainable green building projects is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and best practices in the property development industry.
- Technical expertise in handling development projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in working with local authorities and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
