Execute and monitor all day-to-day documentation and build up operation related
- matters.
- Compile all report and forwarded to the Duty manager Operation on daily basis.
- Execute and monitoring to ensure sufficient operational resources including man
- power, equipment, and flight movement.
- Execute and monitor resolution of any mishandling issues highlighted by the airlines or agents.
- Monitor and identify weaknesses in daily operation and forward to higher management and suggesting improvement of the process
- Execute and monitor investigation pertaining to the problem areas including
- complaints and forward to Duty Manager.
- Execute and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive activities are
- continuously carried out by the responsible parties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
